Use the images, models and frameworks (many of which are commonly used by expensive consultants) and relate them back to your own work, project, division or company.

Which elements do you fulfill? Simply go through each element and ensure that sufficient attention has been devoted to each. Do this regularly. Keep a record to monitor your evolution.

Go through the elements in turn and for each one give yourself a score out of 10. Low scores indicate weak areas, i.e those to which more attention must be paid.
